Brad, you say “Tebow is respected, but respect doesn’t win you games.” Don’t you have to play well in order to be respected? You can’t just be respected without any basis. Also, I don’t think a coach or any executive would ever allow a fan to tell them what to do. They are putting in Tebow because it was obvious that Tebow lit a spark in a very dull and boring team.

Some guys just have that “it” factor and know how to win. Tebow has that. No matter how it looks, no matter what numbers he puts up, Tebow finds ways to help his team win. Not only that, he’s a born leader. His teammates LOVE him and he motivates them. His freakin speech is immortalized at Florida! Winning is how you are judged at the QB position and Tebow will find ways to help his team win, period.

If Tebow was such a great leader how come there were so many arrests during his era as team leader? Don’t you think that if Tebow was such a fantastic leader like you say his teammats would want to stay out of trouble not consistently get into trouble?

Tebow started and played elite football in the nation’s best conference for three years! Those SEC defenses are NFL caliber year in and year out. If that’s not indication enough that he will succeed in the NFL, I’m not sure what is. People shouldn’t sleep on Ryan Mallett either. It’s not easy to be a good QB against those defenses in the South.

Good one, the SEC is the most overrated conference in college football. You know what conference has better players coming out than the SEC? The Pac10 now Pac-12. The only player in the NFL that came from the SEC that is a great player came from Mississippi State and that is Patrick Willis.

Besides Willis there’s hardly a dent when it comes to NFL players. So good joke!

The best quarterback in the NFL is from the Pac-10, two of the best running backs in the league are from the Pac-10, top wide receivers Pac-10, tight ends Pac-10, and I could go on and on.

SEC may have solid players college wise, yet it hardly has translated into much success at the NFL level.

Tim Tebow will never be a success at the NFL level, he had success in college that really doesn’t mean much ask Ryan Leaf about that.

The issue with Tebow is that at Florida the system that he was in wasn’t one that would make him an NFL player. He was in a system that didn’t have him do much and it has shown. He may be starting for the rest of the season for the Broncos it won’t amount too many wins.

He’s already had higher ups and teammates say what his problems are and if the Broncos continue to lose their eyes will be on Andrew Luck. It’s not everyday that a quarterback who the Broncos gave up so much for gets beaten out by an undrafted free agent.

In order for Tebow to find success it would be to switch positions which he won’t do. If the Broncos hadn’t invested so many draft picks and money on Tebow he wouldn’t have a job right now, he would have been released without a second thought.
